LaVerta L. Terry Outstanding Service Award

The LaVerta L. Terry Outstanding Service Award is designed to recognize the contributions of a professional in a TRIO program. Nominees should exhibit those qualities of loyalty to the needs of TRIO students and to the programs which serve them ABOVE and BEYOND the levels expected from a mere career choice. The recipient should serve as a MODEL to others who work alongside them and as a standard by which all can measure their own effectiveness.
